This is the third time I purchased this yarn I love it so much! A huge thank you to Angela for sorting out the right batch number for me most recently. I couldn’t believe I managed to get a the last one in matching batch colour so I could finish my project.
The order was dealt with very efficiently with extremely helpful staff and it arrived the next day. My daughter is knitting it and she says the wool is beautiful to knit with and very soft.
The wool is very good, strong and knits up well. The packaging that it came in was dreadful. We are dealing with a climate emergency and 2 hanks of wool came in thick plastic, covered in tape and then when I got inside that I found the same again - like pass the parcel! Sconch you really need to address this and I wouldn’t buy from you again until you get the packaging sorted

Wow! I rarely write reviews, but then again, how often do you come across a yarn like this! Its colour, semi-sheen, strength, stitch definition, texture - all seem perfect. I haven't yet washed or worn - or, indeed, finished - the jumper I'm knitting with it, but I'm confident that it will be comfortable, practical and beautiful in use. Thank you!
This wool is a pleasure to knit with. The wool is soft with a well defined texture. It is so beautiful that I ordered more in a different colourway in case it sells out.
The recommended needle size is 5mm but to get the right tension I used 5.5mm.
Order arrived in a few days and in good condition.
