I am disappointed with these hooks! Whilst the ends of them are smooth to hold, the hook end is very badly crafted on a number of the hooks. This means they snag the yarn repeatedly. I would send back but it isn't worth the return cost unfortunately

Sorry for the late reply, I hadn't seen this review. Please do send them back and we will of course cover the return postage as they are faulty. (you could try filing them gently with an emery board, which is the recommended course for bamboo hooks, but obviously if they are beyond that, there is a fault).
