My order came quickly and they even rung to say one of the balls wouid be a different lot number and wouid that be ok. I said "yes", and they sent off the order. I like to support the smaller shops where I can. Very good service and wouid use them again.

Great yarn, good service

The way the wool is wound is unhelpful. The easy start label means you are supposed to take the wool from the inside. It doesn’t work and the wool gets in a tangle and takes ages to sort. If it is started in the usual wat, from the outside, it works much better.
