Returns & Replacements
If you are unhappy with your purchase or simply change your mind, you can return any items to us within 14 days of you receiving them.
All items must be in their original, resaleable condition.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us (unless they are faulty) and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot refund any packages which go missing in the post.

I have been using Sirdar knitting wool for many years but only lately to knit in 4ply Country Classic. This will be my second cardigan and really enjoy knitting with it. Sconch is a great find for me and very impressed with them.

in cutting open the very tightly wrapped package of wool, I cut through several strands :o( . Might be a good idea to leave a little space for safe opening.
Hi Kate, really sorry about this, I have started leaving a little more room (we'd started packing tighter as we'd had some yarn arrive damaged as it was loosely packed and so had been bashed around!) so hoping we've got a good middle ground now. Did you need the ball replacing? If you drop us an email I can sort that if needed

I ordered the wool late on Saturday afternoon and was able to start work on my project on Tuesday afternoon. My local high street chain retailer said it could be up to 6 weeks before they could get the yarn into my hands as their supplier’s next order date was in November. Thank you Sconch.
