UK SHIPPING CHARGES

* N.B. Whilst Royal Mail report that at least 98.5% of post arrives within the times stated above, neither Royal Mail nor Sconch Yarn Shop guarantee delivery times.

We reserve the right to change shipping type due to order weight, order value, or for any other reason at our own discretion. If this happens, we will endeavour to notify you but this cannot be guaranteed.

In stock items are posted same day if ordered by 3.00pm Monday-Friday.

Free postage over £30 applies to UK orders only.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES

We have currently suspended international shipping due to changes to EU rules together with unacceptable delays in parcels being delivered.

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT

Orders sent via Royal Mail are subject to Royal Mail terms. Parcels are not considered lost/missing by the Royal Mail until 15 working days after the sending date for UK orders and 20 working days for international orders. We are therefore unable to resend or refund for orders lost in transit until 15 working days after the order sending date for UK orders and 20 working days for international orders.

Orders sent via courier can be tracked from the time they are despatched from us. If you encounter any problems please contact us directly so that we can resolve them. Please contact us should you wish to see a copy of the terms and conditions imposed by the courier used for your order.
